Many documents that accumulate in everyday business life may only be destroyed after the legal retention periods have expired. But what to do with the many document folders that line up for metres? We have the solution – file storage with us!
Your files are safe with us! Benefit from our modern, secured and heated areas in Berlin-Charlottenburg. On an area of 12,000 m² we store the most diverse items under the best conditions. In addition, we have 1,400 pallet spaces available. For areas, which aren’t located in the ramp area, we use large freight elevators that can carry a payload of up to 6 tonnes. All our warehouses are video monitored and alarm-secured. They are also specially equipped for file archiving, so that all areas are heated and secured with electronic access controls.

Modern archiving
If required, we can take over your files at your premises and transport them to our archives. Here the recording and inventorisation is carried out with the help of modern archiving software. Using a web-based, SSL-encrypted application, you can view your file inventories at any time and order individual files as required. Simply use our flexible delivery and collection service for this purpose.

Document destruction
After expiry of the retention periods, we will automatically destroy your files upon request in accordance with high security standards that comply with the GDPR and up to protection class 3 of DIN 66399. Afterwards you will receive a certificate confirming that your files have been destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations.

On request, we can also offer you the digitalisation of your records in collaboration with a competent cooperation partner.
